Workspaces & pages

Your public status lives in pages, which are grouped into workspaces.

Workspaces

A workspace is an isolated container for pages and their monitors. Use workspaces to separate:

  • Environments — e.g. production and staging.
  • Brands or products — a distinct status experience per audience.

Your public URLs include the workspace segment:

pulse.servilo.in/<org>/<workspace>/<page>
pulse.servilo.in/acme/production/home

Switch the active workspace in the console from the workspace selector; manage them under Settings → Workspaces.

Pages

A page is a single public status page inside a workspace. A workspace can hold multiple pages — for example a customer-facing home page and a separate internal one.

Each page can show:

  • An overall status headline.
  • Components (your monitors), grouped by product.
  • Active incidents and scheduled maintenance.
  • Uptime history.

Choosing a structure

You want… Structure
One simple public page One workspace, one page.
Separate prod vs staging status Two workspaces (production, staging).
Public + internal views One workspace, two pages.

Tip

Keep the public page focused on what customers care about. Put noisy internal checks on a separate page or workspace.
