Audit log

The audit log records significant actions in your organization so you can answer "who changed what, and when". Find it under Settings → Audit.

What's captured

Typical entries include changes to:

  • Monitors, pages and products.
  • Incidents and maintenance windows.
  • Team membership and roles.
  • Settings, API keys and integrations.

Each entry notes the actor, the action, and a timestamp.

Using it

  • Investigate an unexpected change ("why did this monitor's URL change?").
  • Review access periodically as part of good security hygiene.
  • Correlate a status change with a configuration change.

Tip

When onboarding or offboarding teammates, skim the audit log to confirm the expected changes happened — and nothing unexpected did.
