Members & roles

Bring your team into Pulse and control access with role-based permissions.

Inviting members

Open Settings → Team and invite by email. Invitees receive a link to join your organization. You can see pending invitations and revoke them.

Roles

Members are assigned a role that determines what they can do — for example:

• Owner / Admin — full control, including billing, team and settings.
• Editor — manage monitors, pages, incidents and maintenance.
• Viewer — read-only access to the console.

Assign the least privilege needed. Reserve owner/admin for people who manage billing and security.

Other team & security settings

Under Settings you'll also find:

• API keys — for programmatic and webhook access.
• SSO / SAML — sign in with your identity provider.
• Audit log — a record of important changes.
• Incident templates & labels — reusable wording and categorization for incidents.
